“We have worked with AJ Precision concrete for over 15 years with great success. Antonio and his crew have built some of the most complicated foundations for us during that time and do some of the best exposed aggregate and hardscape in SB County. If you want the best…there is no substitute!”

President of Montecito Custom Builders, Inc.

“AJ Precision Concrete has worked on numerous projects for me over the years, from large multimillion dollar projects, to small additions. As a GC, I’m only as good as the subs I hire, and AJ always makes me look good, no matter the size of the project.

Their quality is unmatched, and they are able to provide a complete project from drilling caissons, pouring foundations, laying driveways and setting stone patios.

Tony and the crew are efficient, communicative, responsive, and as their name implies, they are perfectionists. It’s been a pleasure working together over the years. I highly recommend working with them.”

“I’ve worked with Antonio Gijon and AJ Precision Concrete on many projects over the years. Whether they were large and complicated foundations, or board formed exposed concrete, sophisticated structural work, or simple patios, I found that time and time again AJ Precision Concrete delivered consistently outstanding work! It’s a pleasure to recommend Antonio and his company to you.”

- Bruce Giffin
retired CEO of Giffin & Crane General Contractors, LLC.

"I have been using A.J. Precision Concrete for several years now. However, I have known the owner, Antonio Gijon, for decades. Previous to starting his own business, he ran work for the late Auggie Lomeli. Together, he and Auggie had the highest of standards and Antonio has stepped things up from there. A.J. Precision Concrete always takes great care with their work and they produce a top quality product. My framing contractors love working on foundations poured by their team. The results are consistently square, level and accurate. They recently poured a slab on a 4,000 square foot custom home for us. My foreman and I took shots on the entire slab afterward to see how level our floor was. It was plus or minus 1/8" over the entire slab. It was also perfectly square. It does not get much better than that!

It works well to have them do the many phases for which they are qualified. That greatly simplifies my job as a general contractor. In addition to that, Antonio is a good, honest, hardworking man and always a pleasure to work with. When there are changes required, he is always very fair with me and with my clients. Although their prices may not always be the lowest, they are consistently the best value when you take into consideration quality and schedule. He has always been able to marshal the manpower to get projects completed on time.

If you have not used him before.... you should. You will not be disappointed. I will always enthusiastically recommend A.J. Precision Concrete!"
